We first connected with this young family from Mona Vale in February during the very early stages of their relocation journey when they began exploring which suburbs on the Central Coast they might like to buy in. They needed a few months to get their finances sorted out before they could purchase so we reconnected with the family earlier this month and began our journey of finding them their first home.
They were looking for a minimum 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home on the peninsula. Location was important to this family and they preferred to buy an older home in a superior location. They were happy to do cosmetic renovations and loved the idea of being able to put in a pool.
