We recently purchased our clients’ next business location in the heart of Woy Woy, a near half acre block of industrial zoned land.
Our clients first engaged our help to find multiple sites in strategic locations around the Central Coast. Their core business is operating automatic car washes and they currently have a strong presence on the west coast of Australia and are now expanding to the east coast.
We sourced this opportunity off market and worked alongside our clients to ensure the site was suitable.
These clients were referred to us after we helped a close family member of theirs purchase a home a few years ago. While purchasing commercial property isn’t usually a focus of ours, we knew we’d be able to provide value to our clients by leveraging our existing relationships with selling agents and gaining access to off market opportunities.
